 电机种类凡多,只要电机进水一般都不会因进水损坏,只是绝缘程度会大大降低。

 不论什么类型电机进水的修理过程大体相似。即拆开电机进行烘干处理。

 今天咱以三相异步电机为例:如果电机被洪水浸泡多日,很可能电机腔内会进入大量泥沙,打开电机抽出转子注意,不要碰到电机绕组,以免造成二次伤害。

 冲剧干净后,首先用万用表1K10K档测其对地绝缘、相间绝缘,这时千万不可以用摇表测量,因为500兆欧的摇表就输出500的直流电压很可能会击穿进水电机的绕组绝缘,造成雪上加霜。

 不论测绝缘高低都下应放弃,丶病马当作好马医。

 进水的电机要进行烘干处理,烘的方法很多,热风机、灯炮、或在夏天的大阳下爆晒、当然用烘箱更好。但温度不可太高,一般恒温保持60度为宜。

 确认烘干后可以用500伏摇表测其对地及相间绝缘,如果对地及相间绝缘都达到0.5兆欧以上电机便可以投入使用,如果低于0.5兆欧就不可以投入使用。
